| Mr. Ajay Ranade is proprietor of the firm. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and associate member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. He has also completed 'Diploma in Cyber Laws' with special paper on 'International Cyber Laws' recognized by Mumbai University. Mr. Ajay Ranade is a qualified Independent Director registered with databank of Independent Directors maintained by MCA and he is a member of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He has also undergone specialized training imparted by the ICSI for conducting 'Diligence Audit for Banks' as per RBI guidelines. The firm is PEER REVIEWED practicing unit having Peer Review Certificate no 1772/2022 issued by the Peer Review Board of the ICSI. |

He is regularly attending Board Meetings of client companies as Advisor over past 8 years. |

| Having come from commerce background and with his hands on experience of working in Finance & Accounts departments during his earlier years of carrier, Mr. Ranade is having good understanding of preparation & finalization of Accounts, reading & analyzing of financial statements and various regulatory disclosure requirements. The experience in fields of Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis and Foreign Exchange regulatory fields add analytical strength and ability to understand the working of corporate more thoroughly. |

| Mr. Ranade has been a faculty for ICAI programmes and delivered presentations on various Corporate Law topics. Mr. Ranade has attended many seminars & programs of ICSI especially with introduction of the Companies Act, 2013 and various rules made there under.
